WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This paediatric first aid training is approved by OFSTED and conforms with the Early Years Foundation Stage and OFSTED standards (EYFS). Anyone working as a childminder, teacher, or nursery assistant is the perfect candidate for the training. It is a two-day training that makes sure people are competent and prepared to handle any potential paediatric first aid crisis.

 

CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

 

To make sure you have learned the skills and information necessary to work as a skilled Paediatric First Aider, a variety of teaching techniques, including case studies and films, will be employed. Delegates will also take part in hands-on activities where they will use the equipment supplied to demonstrate CPR and the recovery posture. An test with multiple choice questions will be given at the conclusion of the course.

Each delegate will get certification as a responsible First Aider in the workplace after successfully completing this course. Certificates are automatically approved by the First Aid Industry Body and have a three-year validity period (FAIB).
