WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health course is perfect for individuals that want to increase their knowledge and increase the awareness of Mental Health for themselves and others such as colleagues and friends.

Recently, mental health has received a lot of attention, and for good reason. Despite the fact that it was once and maybe still is a taboo subject, there is nothing taboo about it when it comes to family, friends, and colleagues, This course's main objective is to teach participants how to recognise those who could be impacted by it and how to help them by improving their understanding of the topic. CPR isn't the only way to save a life.

CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

A variety of instructional techniques, such as real-world scenario examples, videos, and group exercises, will be utilised to make sure you have the information and understanding needed to raise awareness of mental health. This course may be taken face-to-face with one of our Mental Health & Wellbeing trainers or online using Zoom. At the conclusion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice exam.

Each participant will receive a certificate proving they attended the Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health after successfully completing the course. Certificates are automatically approved by the First Aid Awards and have a three-year validity period (FAA).
