WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is ideal for anyone who is caring for infants and children such as parents, guardians or grandparents. To equip individuals with the skills required for handling emergencies such as choking or minor injuries, this course is tailored to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
If you work in an Early Years setting such as a nursery or school, we would reccommend that you attend a 2-day Paediatric First Aid course as it is OFSTED recognised.
CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT
A certificate for being a responsible Paediatric First Aider within the workplace will be issued to each delegates who successfully complete this course. The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) measures and accredits certificates for three years.
